The application form is the questionnaire a candidate fills in. Each project has its own single form — you build it in the Form tab of project settings.
Building a form: the question palette on the left, the preview on the right
How it works
The question type palette is on the left, the form preview on the right. You add a question by dragging a tile from the palette into a section.
Three blocks are fixed and always at the top: candidate details, contact and CV. The rest are your questions, grouped into sections.
Question types
Yes / No — the simplest, and the best suited to preselection.
Open question — free text.
One answer and multiple answers — choice lists.
Rating — a numeric score.
Week days and calendar days — availability.
File — an extra document besides the CV.
Recommending person — for the referral programme.
Saving goes live immediately
The form has no draft state. Clicking save changes the form candidates are seeing right now. If a recruitment is already running, make changes deliberately — people who applied earlier answered the previous version of the questions.
Several languages
A form can have versions in several languages. The language switch is at the top of the builder; you translate each question separately.
You add another language with the + button next to the language name. Clicking a language name switches the version you are editing.
