Filters narrow the candidate list. Saved filters let you return to the same set in one click.
What you can filter by
Beyond the obvious fields, two less visible filters are worth knowing:
The GDPR consent filter — built from three parts: consent state, a time condition and a number of days. That is how you find, say, people whose consent expires within 30 days.
The tag filter: in the first part you choose whether the candidate has any of the chosen tags or has all of them. In the second part, has none of, you name tags the candidate must not have.
You open filters with the icon next to "Filters" above the candidate list. In the "All filters" window the tag filter is at the very top, and the consent filter is in the "GDPR consents" row.
Saved filters
When you set up filters you will want again, save them under a name. A saved filter also remembers the list's sort order.
Three things make them different from column settings:
They live on the server, so they work on any computer you log in from.
They can be shared company-wide — useful for filters the whole team relies on.
One filter can be set as your default, and then the list opens already narrowed. That particular setting is per device.
You open saved filters with the bookmark icon above the list. In the "Saved filters" window click "Save current view". The star next to a filter name sets it as default, and the people icon shares it with everyone in the company.
When the list looks empty
If there are fewer candidates than you expect, check whether a default filter is active. Active filters and a clear button are shown above the list.
