The candidate profile gathers everything you know about one person, regardless of how many recruitments they take part in.
Profile tabs
Profile — personal data, experience, education, courses, languages, skills and custom fields.
Actions — the contact timeline: messages, stage changes, notes. This is also where you reply to the candidate's emails.
Projects — every recruitment this person is in, with their stage and rating in each.
Files — CVs and documents.
Consents — GDPR consent status and the anonymisation button.
Notes and who sees them
When adding a note you choose one of two visibilities:
All users — visible to everyone with access to the candidate, including a hiring manager on the client side.
Recruiters only — stays within the recruitment team; an external user will not see it.
If you are writing a remark the client should not read, choose the second option deliberately — by default a note is visible to everyone.
On the profile you add a note with the "Add a note" icon in the top right corner. You choose visibility at the top of the window, under "Who can see this note?".
Languages and levels
Languages are recorded on the CEFR scale (A1–C2) and skills on a scale of 1 to 5.
You add a language on the "Profile" tab, in the "Languages" card, after clicking the pencil. You pick the level from the list.
A candidate in several recruitments
The same person can be in several projects at once, on different stages and with different ratings. The Projects tab shows that in one place — worth a look before you call.
