Tick the checkboxes next to candidates, then pick an action from the menu above the list.
The candidate list inside a project
On the candidate list
Add a note — one text goes to everyone selected.
Send a message — bulk email or SMS.
Add to project — pulls the selected people into a chosen recruitment.
Assign or remove tags — works on one tag group at a time.
Download report — an XLSX of what the list currently shows.
Delete — requires typing the word DELETE and lets you notify the candidates.
You open actions for the selected people with the circled plus icon on the right above the list. The number of selected candidates appears next to the view name, for example "2/54".
Additionally inside a project
On the Candidates tab within a project you also get process actions: change stage, reject, restore and remove from project.
Watch the scope of your selection
A selection can cover more people than you see on screen if select-all was used earlier and the list is paginated. Before an action you cannot undo — sending a message or deleting — check the selected count.
What is not there
The system has no self-service candidate import from a file, and no bulk CV download. Data migrations from other systems are performed by the Element team.
