Preselection scores form answers to make reviewing a large number of applications easier. You enable it on a specific question.
In the project settings, on the "FORM" tab, click the pencil next to a question, switch on "Automated preselection" and click "Configure".
Two options per answer
Points — a value from 0 to 100.
Reject candidate — marking the answer as disqualifying.
There are no weights, thresholds or compound conditions. It is a deliberately simple mechanism.
The score is a hint, not a decision
This is the most important thing in this article: the system never rejects or moves anyone automatically. Even an answer marked as disqualifying only flags the candidate — a person makes the decision.
You see the score as "obtained / possible" on the candidate card and in a list column, so you can sort applications and start with the best matches.
Which questions can be scored
Scoring works on questions with a closed list of answers — yes/no, one answer, multiple answers, rating. Open questions, files and dates have nothing to score.
Changing scores mid-recruitment
Scores are calculated when an answer is saved. Changing the points during a running recruitment does not recalculate people who already applied — set it before the intake starts.
