Element runs in your phone's browser as a PWA, a web page that installs like an app. You can add it to the home screen and open it like a regular app, with no store and no separate account. The mobile layout switches on by itself on a touch screen. On a laptop with a narrowed window you keep the desktop layout.
Installing
iPhone: open your company address in Safari, tap Share and choose Add to Home Screen.
Android: open the address in Chrome and choose Add to Home screen or Install app from the menu.
You log in with the same credentials as on the computer.
What you can do from the phone
The project list with search, a project with its stages, the candidate list with filters, a candidate profile with the CV, scoring, changing the stage, rejecting, adding a note and sending a message. Plus notifications. Administrative settings and project configuration stay on the big screen.
Search and long lists
The project list on the phone loads the 100 newest projects. When you have more, there is a Load more button at the bottom with a "Showing X of Y" counter. The search box looks through the whole database, not just the loaded part, so you will find an old project by name without scrolling.
A new version of the app
The installed app updates itself. When we release a new version, you will see the message "A new version of the application is available" with a Refresh button. Save what you are working on before you tap it. If you do not tap it, the app reloads the next time you open it.
