Every project has its own report tab — a view of one recruitment, not of the whole company.
The report for a single project
What you get
Hiring rate — how many candidates entered the process and how many reached a hire.
Pipeline — how many candidates are on each stage right now.
Sources — where candidates came from. This only works if you use application links consistently, because those are what assign the source.
How stages are counted
Two rules, without which the numbers can mislead:
A candidate counts on the last stage they reached — not on every stage they passed through.
A rejected candidate appears on the stage they were on at the moment of rejection. That is what shows you which step of the process loses the most people.
When everything shows zeros
On a failed request the report widgets draw zeros rather than an error message. If the project definitely has candidates and the report is all zeros, refresh the page before treating it as data.
The company-wide report
The view across all recruitments lives in a separate report reachable from the left-hand menu.
