The company report and data export

The view across all recruitments, and ways to get the data out.

Written by Maciej Michalewski

The company report shows the picture above individual recruitments. You will find it in the left-hand menu.

What it shows

  • Hiring rate — how many processes end in a hire.

  • Candidate pipeline — how people are spread across stages.

  • Sources — where candidates come from; it works to the extent that you use application links consistently.

  • Projects — how many recruitments are open and how long they run.

The date range and filters are set at the top.

How to read the stage numbers

A candidate counts on the last stage they reached, and a rejected one on the stage they were on when rejected. That is what shows where the process loses most people.

Zeros instead of an error

On a failed request the widgets draw zeros rather than a message. If everything reads zero and you know the data exists, refresh before drawing conclusions.

Export

  • XLSX from a list — a file matching what is on screen once filters are applied.

  • Full export — an administrator can request the complete data set, which arrives by email as a package of CSV files.

There is no separate per-candidate GDPR export — if you need such a printout, assemble it from the profile and a list export.

You download the candidate list file from the menu under the plus button in the top right corner of the list, with the "Download report" option.

In the company report, the download icon next to the date range opens the "Report generation." window. After you click "Confirm", the report is generated and sent to your email address.
