You create an ad in the Job ads tab of a project. From one piece of content you can publish the offer to several places at once.
Where the ad goes
Element publishes to a dozen or so channels — among them your own career page, Pracuj.pl, OLX, Praca.pl, Aplikuj.pl, GoWork, No Fluff Jobs, JustJoin and LinkedIn. Some boards have their own fields and paid options, which you set at publication time.
To publish an ad, click its location or creation date in the list. The "Job offers" panel opens with the available services, and you click + next to the chosen service.
Before you publish
Check two things:
The position name from the project description — that is what goes into the ad, not the project name.
The GDPR consents configured in the project — they appear in the form the candidate sees.
In the "Create Job Ad" window, the "Job offer name" field is already filled with the position name from the project description.
We configure the board accounts
Job board integrations need your company's credentials and are configured by the Element team. If a board is missing from the list, or publishing ends in an error, it is usually a configuration matter on our side rather than a setting in the interface.
Boards without an integration
For a board that is not on the list you publish manually — just put an application link in the text, named so the source shows up in your report.
The career page
Besides job boards, Element provides a page listing your current offers. You can link to it from your company website.
