The board is where you will spend most of your time. Each column is a stage of the process, each card is one candidate in this recruitment.

The recruitment board

A card shows the application date, the number of days on the current stage, the name, and warning icons — no CV attached, or a repeat application, for instance.

From the left: add a note, send a message, show the answer sheet, reject. On the right: remove from the project. The bin removes the candidate from this recruitment — it does not delete them from the database.

The vertical stripes on the left edge of a card are the candidate's tags. The colour matches the tag, so you can see at a glance who is marked with what, without opening a profile.

This is the most common surprise on the board: rejecting does not move the card to a separate column. The candidate stays where they were and is marked as rejected.

That is why there is a switch above the board: all, active, rejected. By default you work with active ones. If someone "is not on the board", check that switch first.

Ctrl+P opens the full CV preview. The stage's candidates are on the left, the CV in the middle, notes and history on the right. Ctrl+↓ goes to the next candidate, Alt+→ moves them to the next stage, Alt+← rejects. It is the fastest way through a pile of applications.
