The candidate database is shared across the whole company. A candidate does not belong to a project — a project is just one of the recruitments that person takes part in.
The candidate list
Why come here
Before you publish a job ad, check whether you already have someone suitable. It is the cheapest source of candidates there is — these people already found you once.
Columns
You choose the set of columns yourself. Besides the standard fields, there are columns matching tag groups — if your administrator created a "Skills" group, you can show it as a column and filter by it.
You pick columns with the "Columns" button on the right above the list. The counter on the button, for example "10 of 13", shows how many columns are visible. Tick the fields you want on the list.
Settings are saved in your browser
This is one of the most frequently reported "faults" and it is deliberate behaviour. Column layout, widths and the default filter are stored locally in the browser, not on your account.
Which means:
on another computer or in another browser you get the defaults,
clearing browser data clears these settings,
in a private window nothing is remembered.
The exception is saved filters — those live on the server and follow you between devices.
Double-click a column edge
Fits the column width to its content. A small thing, but it saves a lot of dragging.
