Element notifies users about events related to the conduct of recruitment processes. Notifications appear in an envelope in the upper right corner of the screen:
In terms of conducting recruitment processes, Element sends notifications about the following events:
The candidate has been added to the project
New note added to the candidate
The candidate has been moved to the stage
The candidate was rejected
Positive / negative / neutral rating added
New candidate added to the candidate database
Notifications are sent to users who have access to the project or stage at which the event occurred. Thus, if the user has access only to stage A, and the event triggering the notification occurred in stage B, the user will not receive the notification. If the user has access to the entire project, he or she will receive notifications regardless of the stage at which the event causing the notification took place.
